Gamebook: Comunicating in Healthcare
The Gamebook “Communicating in Healthcare”, available only in Portuguese, was developed for you to read and play individually or in a group to learn more about communication, how to manage it and how to improve the administrative, assistance and dissemination communication flows of the healthcare organization, as well as communication between health professionals and with patients and family members.


Each card contains guidance on a topic and a reflection that can be used to play and score points. Each satisfactory answer earns points, and if it is not, it loses points. Get ready to raise your level of communication with this gamebook!
The cards can be used in their entirety or even just part of them, randomly or by selecting the topics that need to be worked on with a specific professional or group and for activities with a set time, for example.

Individual: you can draw one card per day and reflect on the topic or take a moment to study all of them and self-evaluate your answers and scores.
Group: you can organize a cooperative competition in which each player draws a card, answers the proposed reflection and everyone evaluates whether the player/team should score or lose points.
Scoring: each card has different scores for "satisfactory" or "unsatisfactory" answers. This way, you can write down the points and evaluate the results to create a scoreboard and ranking of the players. Celebrate the victories and guide those who don't score as well.

He holds a post-doctorate in Communication and Information from the University of Barcelona (Spain) and in Communication and Culture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He holds a PhD in Communication and Sociability from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He is a specialist in Project Management from IPOG. He is a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma (FM2S). He is a communicologist, quality manager, professor and researcher.
